A new tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 250 miles east of Mexico's California. Meteorologists are expecting that Barbara will grow in power over the next few days. The storm is traveling northwestward at a rate of 15 mph. It remains
